Halloween in January
This is my first cross stitch finish in 2011. I actually started it in 2010, but that doesn't count. This finish is Country Spirits Collection "Delivering Tricks" by Homespun Elegance. The fabric is Weeks Dye Works "Straw" Hand-dyed Linen in 30 count. The fibers are Weeks, Crescent Colors, and DMC. It was really a lot of fun to finish with two buttons for the wagon wheels and an Olde Tin Star for accent. My next cross stitch project is "Be Merry - Belle Pepper" by Little House Needleworks. I look forward to starting this chart.
LOVE that! I have Delivering Snow which I have never done. I did Belle Pepper but didn't finish it- she is missing her face and I goofed up the words and they had to be removed and re-done which has not happened yet. Hope all is well!!!
Sweet Jessie Rose gets ready to take a nap. Jessie is a Maine Coon Cat. She likes to have her photograph taken and will be featured often. Her brothers are more camera shy.
My Cross Stitch Finishes of 2012
I didn't do well this year on cross stitch patterns. I will try to do better next year. I'm going to work on commitment to my art.
