Blizzard of 2011
In the Chicago area, the Blizzard of 2011 has been an experience of a lifetime. The twenty inches of snow, high winds, blowing snow, thundersnow, and the drifting snow have created a panorama of beautiful pictures. Add to that, a gorgeous black and white striped bird with a red ring around its neck, eating at my birdfeeder, and I have had a most interesting time watching nature around my house.
